President Trump will participate in the swearing-in ceremony for Amy Coney Barrett on Monday night after she was confirmed to the Supreme Court by the Senate.
The Senate voted 52-48 on Monday night to confirm Barrett, with Sen. Susan Collins (Maine) breaking party lines as the only Republican to oppose Barrett.
Justice Clarence Thomas is expected to administer her constitutional oath as an associate justice on the Supreme Court at 9 p.m. at the White House. Chief Justice John Roberts will administer her judicial oath at the high court on Tuesday.
