North Korean leader Kim Jong Un celebrated his country’s latest nuclear test by throwing a lavish banquet for nuclear scientists, technicians, government officials and military officers, Reuters reported, citing the state news agency KCNA.

Analysts who spoke to the news service said the event was most likely held on Saturday.

{mosads}The celebration comes after Pyongyang announced it successfully tested a miniaturized hydrogen bomb capable of fitting on an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).

Last week’s test follows a slew of North Korean ICBM launches, including one that flew into Japanese airspace last month.

South Korea and Japan are anxiously expecting another missile launch in the near future as Pyongyang prepares to celebrate the anniversary of its founding.

President Trump said last Thursday that the North Korean government has been “behaving badly” and reaffirmed the potential of U.S. military force to deal with North Korea’s provocations.
