Pence visits former concentration camp
Vice President Mike Pence, his wife Karen and daughter Charlotte on Sunday visited Dachau, a former concentration camp built by the Nazis in 1933 near Munich in southern Germany.
The Pences laid a wreath beneath the international memorial at the center of the camp, according to a reporter traveling with the vice president, and visited Jewish and Catholic memorials on the grounds.
{mosads}He also toured the barracks, a crematorium and a gas chamber before ending his visit with a service at the Church of Reconciliation, on the camp grounds.
